The free plan needs no card. If Nolemy Pro is not for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Cancel anytime, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

#1. The free plan
Nolemy is free to try, with no card required. The free plan includes 10 reality checks and 2 published records in total. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.
#2. Nolemy Pro
Nolemy Pro is a subscription at $15 per month or $150 per year. It includes unlimited reality checks and up to 5 published records per day. It is sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, by card or PayPal. Nolemy never sees your card details.
#3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If Nolemy Pro is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No retention maze, no questions designed to wear you down.
#4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in one click. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
#5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. After the 7-day window, renewal charges are non-refundable, so cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be billed for the next period.
#6. How refunds are processed
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
#7. Exceptional cases
If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a genuine problem outside the standard window, email [email protected]. We would rather do right by you than win on a technicality.
#8. Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the law, it does not replace it. Where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you a right to a refund or a cancellation period, that right stands regardless of anything above.
