THE PUBLIC RECORD

Reality, on the record.

Every check Nolemy runs can be published: a permanent, public account of what a promise actually did when it met the people who believed it. No company writes it. No budget moves it. No one can erase it without the erasure showing.

WHY IT EXISTS

The internet has no memory.

A promise is made on a Tuesday and broken by Friday, and by the next morning the internet has already moved on. The product page resets to zero. The five-star average swallows the disappointment like water closing over a stone. The thread where one person explained, in exact and patient detail, how it actually went, slides to page nine, then out of the index, then out of memory.

Almost nothing is kept. Not by conspiracy, but by neglect. The web remembers what is optimised, what is paid for, what is fed to it fresh every hour. It does not remember what was true. The distance between what was promised and what happened, the single most useful fact a person can carry into a decision, is the one thing the whole machine is built to forget.

We think that is the failure worth fixing. Not a better search box. Not louder reviews. A memory. A place where what actually happened is written down once, plainly, by the people it happened to, and then stays written down.

THE VISION

A web where every promise carries its reckoning beside it.

Picture the claim and its consequence in the same place. The guarantee, and the record of the guarantee kept or broken. The pitch, and the testimony of the people who took it. Not a rating someone bought. The lived outcome, signed by a witness who was there, sitting permanently next to the promise it answers.

One record is a single account. A thousand of them compound. The same promise, made to a thousand people, resolves into a shape you can read at a glance: holding, slipping, improving, breaking. Verification stops being a thing you do once and forget. It becomes a record the next person inherits, and the one after them.

A world that remembers is a world that is harder to lie to twice.

A RECORD, IN FULL

This is what gets kept.

Not a screenshot. Not a link that rots when the page is quietly edited. A structured account with a fingerprint and a signature, the same plain shape whatever the verdict. This is the shape every record takes.

Claim examined“Refund within 3 business days”

Operational reality

The three-day refund is a queue that only begins when a human finally answers, not when you ask.

PromisedRefund within 3 business days
ObservedMedian 19 days, and only after a second contact
Timelinefirst reply 6 days · funds 11 to 40 days · 214 reports
Hidden friction

The clock starts after manual review, and review is triggered by a reply, not by your request. The people who wait quietly are the people who wait longest.

“Day 21. Third email. Suddenly it’s “approved, 3 to 5 business days” as if the first three weeks never happened.”

“Had to put the word chargeback in writing before a single person moved. Money was back in 48 hours. Strange how that works.”

Specimen record. The mechanism is real; the claim is no one’s.

Signed on the witness’s own device, with a key we never hold. Fingerprinted. Re-checked every time the page loads, by anyone, without us.

  • THE VERDICTRead off the evidence, not bought. It moves when the testimony moves.
  • THE GAPPromised against observed. The measured distance is the finding.
  • THE SIGNATUREThe author’s key signed these exact words. Alter one and it stops verifying.

WHAT HOLDS

Why a record cannot be faked, bought, or quietly erased.

01

Publish by reference

There is no text box. A witness can only publish a report the engine itself produced, by reference to it. Fabricated or planted content under our name is impossible by construction, not by moderation.

02

Non-custodial authorship

Identity is a key derived from a phrase that never leaves the author’s device. We keep no email, no password, no personal profile. Authorship is a signature, not an account.

03

Tamper-evident

Every record carries a fingerprint and an author signature, re-checked each time the page loads. Alter the record and the check fails in plain sight. Not even we can forge one under your identity.

BY CONSTRUCTION

Some things simply cannot happen here.

Not rules we promise to enforce. Properties of the architecture itself. Remove any one of them and Nolemy stops being Nolemy.

01

No record can be fabricated

The publish path carries no content field. Only a report the engine itself produced can be filed. You cannot type a record into being.

02

No record can be signed in your name but by you

Authorship is a signature made on the author’s own device, with a key Nolemy never holds. Nothing here can write as someone else.

03

No record can be edited in silence

Alter a published record and its signature stops verifying, in the open, at once. The history cannot be quietly rewritten, not even by us.

04

No record can be bought onto the page

There is no review box, no rating, no rank for sale. The engine is the only door onto the public record, and it answers to evidence alone.

You are not asked to trust Nolemy. You are equipped to check it. That is what infrastructure is for.

VERIFY

Don’t trust us either.

Every published record has a fingerprint. Paste it at the verify page and the signature is checked against the author’s key in front of you. If a screenshot claims to be a Nolemy record and the fingerprint does not verify, it is not one.

Verification runs on every record, every view.
